The Palms at Ponte Vedra

Auld & White Constructors (AWC) was retained by Steve Sell of Solana Capital Ventures to construct a two-story assisted living and memory care facility in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. This 86-unit, 94-bed facility offers a range of living options, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The Palms features a wellness center, therapy pool, beauty salon, 50-seat movie theater, restaurant-style dining room, activity room, and putting green. The community was designed to deliver an exceptional living experience, promoting residents’ well-being and comfort through numerous upscale amenities. The Palms includes comprehensive care services such as 12-16 hour nursing care, medication management, and assistance with daily living activities. The community also offers a mental wellness program, specialized memory care programming, and support for those with mild cognitive impairment.
