Centennial Towers

Auld & White Constructors was retained to renovate a high-rise senior living facility in downtown Jacksonville’s historical Springfield area. The project consisted of the comprehensive renovation of units on floors 1 through 14, replacing all windows, updating the exterior with paint / signage, updating the office/reception, lobby areas, refurbishing the parking lot, and some minor landscape upgrades. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic in an occupied building / active campus, AWC completed the project nearly two months early.
