Baptist South Medical Office Building III
Auld & White was retained by Baptist Health to complete the construction of a new four-story, 100,000 sq ft medical office building. The scope also included the interior build-out for the Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute, multiple pedestrian canopies, and a campus entry drive with decorative wall structures and landscaping. There were significant cost savings through many value engineering items, which included reducing the edge of the elevated deck conditions using bar joists at the roof structure and an alternate glazing that was compliant with the energy model. Auld & White self-performed the concrete, carpentry and reinforcing steel which kept the project on schedule and under budget.

From day one, a positive proactive approach and attention to detail showed me how much your employees truly valued our relationship. It is a very rare occurrence when a project of this magnitude comes in ahead of schedule and on budget.
