Assisted Living Facility at Bartram Lakes

Auld & White was retained by Brooks Rehabilitation to construct the new 51,700 sq ft assisted living facility. The 63-bed facility is adjacent to its Skilled Nursing facility at Bartram Lakes. The three-story facility consists of multiple studio-style and one bedroom senior-friendly suites, with a limited number of two bedroom units also available. Additionally, for resident safety, each suite is equipped with an On-Call system. Amenities include dining rooms and bistros on each floor, as well as a private dining room, complete spa with hair and beauty salon, television lounge, media center with access to computers, arts and crafts room, billiards table, wellness center with fitness area, and personal mail boxes for residents.
