Campus Towers Ribbon Cutting
Auld & White Constructors recently joined Bishop Frank Madison Reid III from the 11th Episcopal District African Methodist Episcopal (A.M.E.) Church, Councilman Garrett Dennis, and other civic leaders to celebrate the completed exterior and interior renovations of the three buildings at Campus Towers, an elderly affordable housing community.

Located just west of Downtown Jacksonville, the subsidized affordable senior living facility is home to residents 62 and older. The units which include both studio and one-bedroom apartments are equipped with updated refrigerators, ovens, and basic amenities. Additional renovations to the facility included updates to the laundry rooms, mailrooms, corridors, elevators, and property manager’s office/clubhouse. Additionally, a new pavilion was added as a communal gathering place. Despite the challenges of COVID-19 and a number of scope changes, the project was completed on budget and a month earlier than the projected completion date.
