Bank of America lands $1.7 million permit to continue Southside renovations

As Bank of America continues toward the $200 million upgrade of its Jacksonville Operations Center near The Avenues Mall, the city issued a permit Nov. 19 for an almost $1.7 million renovation of Building 600 at its Southside campus in Gramercy Woods office park….

The Building 600 project encompasses almost 49,000 square feet on the first floor and about 95,770 square feet on the second level of the two-story building.
