Campus Towers Senior Living Facility

Auld & White Constructors recently renovated the exteriors and interiors of the three buildings at Campus Towers. Located just west of Downtown Jacksonville, the subsidized senior living facility is home to residents 62 and older. The units which include both studio and one-bedroom apartments are equipped with updated refrigerators, ovens, and basic amenities. Additional renovations to the facility included updates to the laundry rooms, mailrooms, corridors, elevators, and property manager’s office/clubhouse. Additionally, a new pavilion was added as a communal gathering place. Despite the challenges of COVID-19 and a number of scope changes, the project was completed on budget and a month earlier than the projected completion date.
