Baptist Health – Wolfson Children’s Emergency Department, North Campus

Auld & White was retained by Baptist Health to complete the new construction of a one-story, free-standing emergency department and imaging center near Dunn Avenue and I-295. Project features include a children’s emergency wing, exam rooms, laboratory, imaging rooms and control centers, administrative space and helipad. The new facility – the first to be constructed on the 27-acre greenfield site – solved an essential need for emergency healthcare on Jacksonville’s Northside. This fast-track, AHCA-inspected project was completed three weeks ahead of schedule, allowing the staff to treat more than 900 patients during that period.
